2018 Release A rich, agave distilled by Tequila San Matiás de Jalisco in Highlands - Los Altos, Mexico, finished in an ex-Weller Special Reserve Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey cask. It has a rich birth with notes of agave, caramel, vanilla, fruit & spice; while a spicy life adds oak, nuts, pepper & hints of floral notes; that leads to a long & complex death.
