An intense, Tequila from Jalisco (Los Altos Southern), Mexico cooked in an Autoclave; fermented in Stainless steel tanks then distilled twice in Copper Pot Stills before being aged for 9 months in oak barrels which were previously used for whisky maturation. It has an aromatic birth with notes of agave, fruits, earth & spices; while an elegant life adds notes of honey, red apple, green pepper & cedar wood; that led to a smooth death of medium length.
