This rye whiskey has a very confident amber color, meaning thst its color would make other whiskeys jealous…..if they coild be jealous. Just looking at this rye makes you want to drink it. The nose? Its a one note with a lot of bravato. Its toffee, and the rye says “you gotta problem that? Yeah, I didn’t think so.” Sip this rye, and you’re hit with more toffee, a flirty oak vanilla combo, and a spicy rye kick that says, “Yeah, I’m good—whatcha gonna do about it.” My answer was to drink more of it. One of my favorite ryes of the year, especially for the price.
