Color is almost rosé pink.
Nose: rich red cherry, sweet baking spice, toffee, caramel, wood spice. Deep rich oak. A bright berry note zips thru. Latent vanilla. Deep and complex as youd expect for something 27 years old, yet still manages to be bright and vibrant.
Palate: beautiful. Rich and full. Little bits of chili. Very bright red fruit. Cherry, redcurrants, and raspberry. Slight herbaceous element. Vanilla. Prominent baking spice. Single pot still barley character still manages to come thru as a subtle hint towards transition to finish. Almost a tiny hint of grapefruit
Finish: wood spice and red fruit, deep long lasting.
