Everything on the nose. Perfect. Honey. Vanilla. Saltwater taffy. Caramel. Toffee. A little seaweed. Flavor a bit muted by alcohol. Bitter and becoming moreso with water. Nose is outstanding but flavor is disappointingly bitter and burnt and one-dimensional.
