Tastes

Brown sugar and charred toast alongvwith some spiciness dominate the nose. The limestone mineral water has a presence, with some floral notes emerge. Some vanilla late. Flavor is bold and rich with wood and treacle large and in charge. It’s an assertive and hearty sip that let’s its 90 strength be known without feeling the need to knock you down and kick you around. Corn (King’s Syrup!) is a late arrival to the nose, and is aided and abetted by a splash of water.

Subtle smoke. Perfume and smoke. So well balanced. Excellent

Lusicious nose of classic bourbon notes. Refined.

Dusty sweetness. Peanut butter! Fruit! Lovely.

Dried strawberry on the nose. Some cereal. Lovely and classic.

Herbal and vanilla. Wrigley’s. Sage. Oak and sawdust with water. Minerality.

Classic bourbon profile. Dry. Herbal. I like. Some sweetness as it opens.

Dusty on the nose. Sweet praline. Herb. Tobacco on the tongue. Earthy. Not loving it.

Caramel. Spearmint. Vanilla. Herbal on the tongue. Water tames it without altering. Mama Corsi’s pizza box. Complex. Butterscotch candies emerge after a while.

Candy store on the nose. Heather honey. Floral with water. Butter. Lovely sweetness with its youth showing a bit.
