Nose: Green apple, apricots, pear, pineapple, vanilla, and some briny seawater Taste: Vanilla, apple, baking spices, and some brine. The taste is extremely pleasant and coats the entire mouth. The teeth get coated in sugars, the roof of the mouth in vanilla, and the throat in mild spice. The finish is long lasting and very rich in flavor. I was pleased to come across this offering from Arran in our province during an allocation event. This, as well as a Cherry cask finished offering were available in small quantities. I passed on the Cherry casked offering this time but regrettably. I will be pursuing more offerings from Arran after tasting this simpler offering.
