Much more sweet than savory. Not your London dry. Normally, I like to taste the juniper in my gin and tonic, with a bite. Now, I may not want to drink this every day, but it has a very unique quality. It blends in seamlessly with tonic water. I tried with several tonic waters now and it’s all the same effect, they go together perfectly. You don’t know where the gin starts and the tonic stops. It’s really hard to describe, but the gin and tonic become one. Unique for me, but good! Let this be your next gin and tonic.
