Opened up with time. Depth and layers of berries, tobacco, hint of spice came out in a shy and reserved way. Fairly dark for something with no age statement. Pretty dry as well, but that’s not bad for a whisky boasting so much sherry-aging action. Definitely not one to rush enjoying.
