Learn from what the Americans did with Straight and Bourbon whiskies and keep Canadian whiskies additive and coloring free, please! People who’d buy this have no problem with high age, high proof whiskies having a light color or staying true to the natural flavor of the aged distillate. Save the wine for the sangria, the caramel for the desserts and out of whisky!
