Medium weight, and beautiful, rich straw hue. Sweet, creamy cereal nose. Porridge with curd. Vanilla. Gentle as can be. All cream, garnished with the tang of fresh lemon zest. Cooked grain. Corn syrup. I mean, it’s simple, but it is dessert and unequivocally delicious. Quite nice.
