The Nose explodes with buttery cinammon raisin bread. This aroma lasts for multiple dives into the Nose and does not dissipate. The Palate sedes heavy baking spices, cinammon, an honey with small hints of strawberries and other red fruits. The Finish is short and burns with mint and a hint of sugared cinnamon on the back end. This is an amazing glass, well worth the price and not just the name.
