A bold, agave liqueur by Rosaluna Distillery NOM-O02X in Santiago Matatlán. Oaxaca, Mexico made with Espadin that is hand harvested after 8 years of maturation, they are roasted in the ground, milled, fermented, and double distilled.
It has a fruity birth with notes of citrus, tropical fruit, pineapple & pear; while a rich & spicy life adds notes of roasted agave, caramel, spice, ginger & cinnamon; that led to a long, bold & silky death with a hint of smoke & earth. August / September 2021
