Haven't reviewed this whisky in over three years (5/29/22). Honey, vanilla, pomander, cocoa powder, Red Delicious apple skins, caramelized sugar, burnt sugar. If each of these could be combined into a single entity, it comes across as laser-focused as Balvenies do, to my palate. Typical white pepper finish, and focused chocolate and espresso finish. Would buy again. 47.8% ABV. 4.5 on the Distiller scale.
