The nose was sweet and rich with notes of hot cinnamon, brown sugar syrup, caramel, Christmas chocolate orange, dusty corn pits in the fall, cherries and plums. Sweetness mirrored the nose with an autumnal palate of cherry pull apart Twizzlers, cinnamon candy, and red apples. The finish was warm but not hot, and sweet but not too sweet, it lingered but wasn’t clingy. Like Goldilocks it seemed just right. This might be my new favorite bourbon for a while.
