Nose: sweet vanilla, heavy cherry, smooth caramel and oak Taste: soft mouth feel and heavy oak, rolls into a bit of heat that builds. Mid palate gets softer and sweeter the more sips I take, but pretty interesting for how simple it is Finish: Lingering heat with a bit of bitter tannins. Also gets sweeter and more lingering the more I sip
