Before water: on the nose it's salted butter and stone fruit. The alcohol burn was a little hot with a lovely aftertaste of wood and cream. With water it's much better. Nose is buttered popcorn and cotton candy. The flavor is vanilla and cinnamon roll complete with the doughy finish. Very nice!
