Nice aroma. Smooth and sweet and first but then spice starts to kick in with a lingering, not unpleasant heat. I do enjoy ryes, but with a mashbill of less than 100%. That being said, I enjoyed the sip and seem why folks who enjoy ryes enjoy Frey Ranch.
