Bought in actual yellowstone while visiting Yellowstone National Park. Tried neat and i think this is delicious. On the nose it smells sweet and toasted with notes of vanilla, caramel, nutmeg, cinnamon, pepper, honey, oak, pears, toast. On the palate notes cinnamon, hot honey, oak, brown sugar
