Nose: cognac and sherry come through well here on the nose, classic bourbony corn/grain. Red berry, dried fruits , charred oak. Palate: smooth for 100 proof, nicely well rounded fruit notes from the cask finishing. Caramel, brown sugar, red fruit. Sweet charred oak Finish: warm, mellow dusty corn, bitter oak
