It is a good sipper but at 80 proof the flavor profile is too subtle for me. I’ve recently tasted both Naterjack and Finarva the Kings Gambit and I prefer both in comparison to the Redbreast 12 year. I’m sure this is a good example of Irish Whiskey. I just prefer a more punchy sip
