An elegant Agave Spirit by El Pandillo Distillery (NOM 1579) in Jalisco (Los Altos Southern), Mexico crafted with oven, 2x distilled with a copper pot still, before being bottled additive free at 55% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with notes of agave, wet earth, citrus, flowers, herbs & spices; while an herbal life adds notes of cooked agave, orange, celery, olive, anise, basil, dill & peppermint; that led to a long & minerally finish with notes of black pepper, almond & limestone.
