⚠️ [NOTE 1: Price reflects one 750-mL bottle ordered via DoorDash (excluding all taxes, shipping/delivery, fees, gratuity/tips, discount codes, etc.).]
⚠️ [NOTE 2: Tasting notes below reflect approximately 1.5 oz consumed neat at room temperature in a Glencairn glass from a newly purchased bottle, over the course of approximately 15 minutes from start to finish. Two drops of bottled water were added roughly halfway through.]
👁 OPTICS | Dark copper colored. Thin, with mild—almost gelatinous—viscosity. Extremely transparent.
👃 OLFACTION | Pleasant blend of immediate peatiness and red fruit sweetness, though somewhat simplistic and tame. Minimal ethanol fumes.
👅 PALATE | Unmistakable peaty smokiness, in concert with deeply rich (red) fruity sweetness for an autumnal rusticness. Substantially salty "baking spice" notes, with subtle chemical overtones. Ethereal vanilla hints. Red apple and generic sweetness scents become notably more present after introduction of water droplets.
👄 MOUTHFEEL | Relatively thin and watery, but very smooth. Quite a bit of lingering "spicy" tingliness (though not at all "warm") and briny dryness.
🏁 FINISH | Primarily smoky and salty, lasting for a considerable time after each sip.
