I'm not sure what to do with this one. I have very little information on this one other than it says "Distilled in Kentucky" on the bar code. Rumors are this is a 4 grain. This comes in at 109.8 proof, but upon first crack drinks around 90 proof in the best way possible. A great nose where I'm getting what I think is caramel apple apple in there. Upon tasting, this is apple pie for days. Caramel, apple, cinnamon, and maybe some other stuff going on. I really like this and I'm excited to see where it goes as it opens up! If subtle, oily apple pie Bourbon with sprinkles is your jam, then this one may be for you! if I had to guess, I'd say 6 to 9 years old so not quite as "old" as the name may imply, but this is a really, really nice sipper!
