I’m now a fan of 1845. They started their business in 2019 and they have all sorts of Double Gold from San Francisco’s blind tastes. I can’t think of any other company with this record. Nose - cola, wax, cherry, vanilla cake, sugar cookies Palate - sweet, nuts, cinnamon, spicy finish. This is really pleasant on the nose. It’s something you want to keep smelling. The palate is good too, but not as well refined as the nose. It gets better with a bit of water and I still need to find the right spot, but it’s very good overall. Cheers!
