The nose has herbal notes of eucalyptus and dill, with richer notes of baking spices, craft store, and cloves. The palate is good and warm with cinnamon candy, raw honey, and spicy chili powder. The finish is hot, oaky, long and lingering. This was a surprisingly good rye, and I would recommend.
