Nosing: lots of blood orange and lemon zest. Rum soaked raisins dominate the back of the nose. Vanilla, fennel, cloves and baking spices. Fruity and bold. Candied orange peel Tasting: very sweet, orange, and "meaty": oily body with medium finish. The orange sits firmly on the back of the palate. Clove and clementines are also a part of the palate here: reminds me of Christmas time. Sweet candied orange peel and sugared raisins hit the back end. A comforting classic!
