This is an interesting one, first taste at room temp was good quality, but I don’t think for me. It knows was forward with baking spice and wood, and it’s pallet for the most part was the same with a finish of some dark fruit. There was some rice spice that came through nicely, but also those signature Corn? notes that I can’t quite pin down. Second floor was in a frozen rocks, glass, which mellowed out a lot of the flavors. Pretty straight forward pour thats heavier on the oak and dark fruit in a heavy way, not too sweet
