Don’t temember what I paid for this bottle, but it was definitely overpriced. More than 30% mark up from MSRP, for sure. That being said, its simply a phenomenal dram. As I write this, I’m on my last.
Nose: Whispy florals, honey, crisp apple, stewed cherries, faint baking spices.
Taste: Toasted oak, rye bread, nutmeg, clove, white pepper, and corn sweetness. The sweetness peaks in the mid palate. The finish is long, and peppery, with a quite thick but bright viscosity.
