Nose: peanuts, caramel, sharp rye spice Palate: peanut brittle, oak, barrel char Finish: spicy, ethanol kick Classic nutty Beam flavor (more so than KC Rye) with a kick. A bit hot, even considering the proof, but will probably mellow over time.
