Initial pour. Nose: Starts with vanilla and hay, then adds some caramel and cider. Usually hay and cider are not my favorite notes, but somehow with the vanilla and caramel, I find it appealing. Palate: Viscous entry, bittersweet, brown sugar, caramel and rye spices. Finish: Spicy, long. Distiller Review No. 970
