A complex, Bourbon Whiskey by Pendleton Distillery in Oregon crafted with a blend of high & low rye bourbons aged for a minimum of 10 years in new charred American oak barrels that is cut to proof with pure glacier-fed spring water from Oregon’s Mt. Hood before being bottled at 90 proof.
It has an aromatic birth with notes of grains, wood, nuts, herbs & spices; while a bold & creamy life adds notes of maple syrup, caramel & vanilla; that led to a long, warm & spicy death with notes of toasted oak, pepper & rye.
