On the nose this smells like baked bread and cinnamon. Oak comes through and maybe a hint of vanilla. On the palate it taste like vanilla, caramel, and baking spices. It finished with a strong rye bite wi the some oak. It’s strong, a little harsh, but good for how young this stuff is.
