Nose: a little bit of wood varnish, bright apple peel, citrus zest, a bit of sweet honeyed malt/cereal. Gentle and subtle spice, a little bit of vanilla, and a lively coastal breeze.
Palate: bright, lively, almost effervescent. Crisp orchard fruits (apple, a bit of pear, and a hint of peach), a bit of honeysuckle/sweet floral character. Confectioners sugar, vanilla. A nice spiciness that isn't overpowering. A citrus peel as it transitions to the finish.
Finish: A light oak bitterness and salinity, bitter lemon peel.
