A rich, American Single Malt Whiskey by Stranahan's Distillery in Denver, Colorado crafted with 100% malted barley, double-distilled, aged in new charred American oak barrels for four years, that is then finished in Oloroso Sherry barrels from Spain before being bottled at 47% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with notes of grain, wood, fruits, nuts, herbs & spices; while a rich & fruity life adds notes of malted barley, Montmorency cherry, blackcurrant, fig, apple, golden raisins, honey, marzipan & fresh cut hay; that led to a long & creamy death with notes of oak, caramel, whipped cream, brown sugar, almond, walnut, smoked cayenne pepper, leather & sea spray.
