Some nice notes here of caramel, vanilla, oak, and leather up front. Hint of coconut, touch of sweetness. A bit harsh and hot near the end. At $34 CAD (in Manitoba), I think this is a decent value and would work well in rye-forward cocktails, but is a little harsh and simple to enjoy neat as a sipper.
