Simply the best bourbon I have ever tasted. Stitzel Weller is unmatched. This amazing dram begins with a sweet, oaky, buttery and toffee like nose. The palate continues with what can only be described as buttery pancakes with a rich syrupy flavor and mouth feel. This continues with more flavors of creme brulee, aged oak and tobacco. The finish is long and lingering with more oak, honeysuckle and mild barrel spice. I wanted to cry when the bottle was gone….I want more!
