Smokey pork belly with maple butter. The peat is meaty and slightly briney with some herbal notes. Lots of depth and concentration. A new favorite from Islay that can easily stand up in a head to head with the classic Islay triumvirate of Ardbeg, Lagavulin, and Laphroaig.
