A rich, Agave Spirit by NOM 1437 crafted in Autoclave (post diffuser), fermented in stainless steel & double distilled in a Stainless Steel Pot still before being bottled at 40% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with notes of fruits, flowers, earth, herbs & spices; while a crisp life adds notes of banana, orange zest, honey, cinnamon, cooked agave & white ginger; that led to a quick death.
