A rich, Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey aged for a minimum of 2 years in new charred American white oak barrels that is finished in Oloroso Sherry casks before being bottled at 94 proof by Kentucky Whiskey Bottling. It has an aromatic birth with hints of cereal grains, wood, fruits, nuts, herbs & spices; while a rich life adds notes of blackberry, fig, brown sugar, caramel, tea leaves & cookie dough; that led to a woody death of medium length with notes of oak, dark chocolate, toasted almonds & vanilla.
