Review #361
Glass: Glencairn, rested 15 minutes.
Color: Very pale yellow.
Nose: Very medicinal, somewhere between mouthwash and menthol cough drops.
Palate: Bitter, with notes of grapefruit peel and more menthol cough drops.
Finish: Surprisingly long for 70 proof. That grapefruit peel just won't stop.
Splash: A few drops of water doesn't do much.
Overall: 3/10 - This is a polarizing pour, and for good reason. It's actually not as bitter as I remember, but not something I'd reach for either. For $2 a shot, it's overpriced.
