Nose: lemon, melon, basil, apricot, black pepper, clove, mint
Taste: reflects the nose with cinnamon notes.
The juniper takes a backseat to the herbal and fruity notes of this gin. As is the case with most gins, I wouldn't sip on it. However, its been very nice in many cocktails, adding complexity and unique flavors. Its one of a kind and definitely worth trying, but not my favorite I've had.
