Nose: cherry, cinnamon, apple, baking spice, caramel, brown sugar, sugar cookie Taste: reflects the nose with peanut brittle and maple. Extremely deep, rich and high quality. Just another example of why Elijah Craig Barrel Proof is the best bourbon

Nose: toffee, caramel, brown sugar, coconut, cherry Taste: reflects the nose with cola, caramel, peanut brittle flavors. I'll definitely be seeking out more heavy char bourbons because I'm a huge fan of this flavor profile. Extremely rich and flavorful. High quality bourbon thats worth every penny. Tastes better and is easier to find than most allocated bourbons.

Nose: peanut, cinnamon, floral, oak Taste: floral, honey, brown sugar, vanilla, cracker jacks I love everything this company is doing. The bottle looks excellent. The whiskey is all barrel proof and truly small batch or single barrel. Its all sweet mash. Quality is obviously a priority and their whiskey displays that. The tour is an excellent experience as well.

Nose: coffee, caramel, peanut brittle, cinnamon, baking spice, vegetal notes, hazelnut Taste: caramel, peanut brittle, cinnamon, vegetal notes, hazelnut, coffee. This has the complex, rich, deep flavors you'd expect from a barrel proof whiskey. The typical rye notes are excellent when paired with the sweetness of the double oak, while still smooth and approachable.

Nose: honey, vanilla, apricot, plum, star anise, butterscotch Taste: reflects the nose with a big emphasis on the butterscotch and caramel as well. Excellent Irish whiskey
