Aberlour 12 Year Double Cask Matured
Single Malt — Highlands, Scotland

Nose: sweet dark fruit sherry, honey, apple crumble, a little bit of orange peel and oak sweetness. A bit of vanilla and a hint of cola?
Palate: thinner than the nose would lead on. Begins with an initial hit of fruity sherried sweetness with a bit of orange peel that quickly transitions to a slightly bitter cereal/malt note with supporting honey and oak.
Finish: thinish and short. A little bit of dark fruit and a bit of spice.
