Nose: cereal, sweet, light honey, nilla wafer, potentialy bannana and walnut
Palate: cereal, barley, butter, light body, peppery, apricot, honey
Duhon: this is an irish whiskey and very different than the bourbon we’ve been drinking. This is like that redbreast I gave you but this one is lower proof. Honestly I was reaching with some of these smells and tastes for your sake. Personally I don’t think I apreciate this whiskey the way it should. Its a little too light and single toned for me but I could of just lost my palate for it. Also yaya was making banana bread while I was tasting this, so that might have altered my input.
