Nose: rich dark chocolate, dark fruits, chocolate covered raspberry, leather. Heather honey, lightly floral. Black cherry, chocolate covered raisin, a lasting earthy Sherry sweetness, a touch of burnt orange peel
Palate: rich, full. Sweet syrupy dark fruits, dark chocolate. Getting some mixed berry jam with just a tiny hint of more acidic red fruit (e.g. raspberry, cranberry). As it transitions to finish, more prominent oak and leather.
Finish: a bit of leather, gently warming Oak, lingering sticky dark fruit sweetness
