Yankee Spirits. 62.7% Barrel #019. Spicy, sweet oak nose. Spiced almonds and balsamic vinegar on rye toast. Cinnamon on the back end with a residual finish if sugared cereal. More complex than some Staggs, but nothing amazing. A little water tempers the heat and adds a slight herbal note.
