2024. Earthy apples, lactic, and mild peat nose. Sweetened black pepper, toasted buttercream, grilled root vegetables, caramel creams, brown pear skins. Full feel. Medium, funky peat finish. I am usually not a fan of lactic notes in my whisky. This, however, does it very well. Complex, yet approachable, pour that calls you back for more.
