A crisp, Agave Spirit by Maestra Tequilera Ana María Romero for Mijenta Tequila Nom 1499 in Jalisco (Los Altos Southern) crafted in stainless steel, aged for a minimum of 2 months in oak, that is then filtered before being bottled at 40% abv. It has an aromatic birth with notes of cooked agave, nuts, fruits, flowers, earth, herbs & spices; while a full & elegant life adds notes of coconut, pineapple, maple, vanilla & honey; that led to a balanced death of medium length with a hint of oak, almond, nutmeg, chocolate, toffee & sea spray.
