Cooked agave, wood smoke, chili pepper, black peppercorn, and faint lime peel on the nose. Mouthfeel is fairly light and a bit oily. The same notes from the nose return on the palate – along with cedar and an odd note of rubber. Finishes quite smooth, and medium-long. 3.25/5.00 – Quite Good (neat)
